Nope - I wasn’t up at 4AM to go battle the stores and great deals. I’d rather be here in my PJ’s shopping online. Ok, really I’m here in my PJ’s ordering portraits, editing and trying to get caught up before next week hits. But still… it is Black Friday so I thought we could enjoy a few specials of our own!!!

REPRINTS: If you had a session in 2009 and placed an order you are eligible to receive half off any gift portrait reprints or classic wall portrait reprints for your sessions. This is a great way to get those images that you didn’t order the first time around, or to order some portraits for holiday gifts! We’re also extending a 30% off reprint special for gallery mounts and canvases you wish to reorder! But you must call today to get your gallery rehosted (no fee) and have your order placed by midnight Sunday! No exceptions.
Please remember that you need to contact me TODAY (11/27) and pay your session fees today to qualify for the special pricing for a session or the Little Things Plan. You also must contact me no later than 6PM to rehost your gallery to place your order - they will not be accepted over the phone or by email. Rehost fees will be waived and all orders must be completed and paid in full by Sunday 11/29 at midnight (so technically Monday morning LOL). All galleries will be uploaded and go “live” by midnight tonight.

This is going to be one lucky (and handsome) baby! These two parents to be came to visit and capture this oh so special time in their lives as they await the arrival of their first little one - A BOY!! THE most fun loving, happy and down to earth parents to be I have met in a while! We had so much fun and I laughed so hard through most of the session! I only hope they had as much fun as I did!
Enjoy your Thanksgiving you guys! Next year you’ll have another little mouth to feed!

It never ceases to amaze me just how fast a one year old can move - and how their attention lasts about as long as a breath - but what fun they are!!! Seriously someone needs to learn to bottle the energy b/c I could use a good dose of it now and then!
This sweetie came to visit this week and he was on the move and I was SO tired when he left - but we had a great time so it was worth the nap I needed! I do adore this age - just so full of life and personality! There are some days I wish I could turn back the clock and enjoy this age with my own boys again.

Working on my mom’s holiday card for this year and to do so I had to edit an image of the boys to include (posted the ones of the cousins here and one of my niece and nephew here)
So here is one of the boys… I think I rather like it! Been trying to get out and do a big portrait shoot of them for our personal holiday card and we just cannot seem to get out there and get it done. Planning on Sunday - but looks like rain :( I’m not happy about that! And I really want to do an outdoor session this year. It’s looking like it might not happen! WAHHH!!! But if push comes to shove I have this image and a few others I guess I can use.. hehe…

These three came to visit me this afternoon and I’m doing a quick peek for mom and dad tonight - yeah, quick on my part LOL! WOOT! It’s going to be a long night for me I’m thinking.
The oldest is friends with my oldest and so that was pretty comfortable since he knew me… but the little one?? Not so much. Took a bit to warm up when he arrived abut not too much - I had him laughing in no time ( and they ALL had me laughing through the whole session - I loved every second of it!)
So quickie peek here - gotta get back to editing!

OH MY! I’m in the middle of holiday craziness!!! The cut off for doing portrait sessions was this past Saturday and the deadline to get orders to me is THIS Saturday! OH MY!! Did I say OH MY???!!!! But needed to take a few moments out from editing, ordering and packaging to post a quick sneak peek of these sweeties b/c I promised! :) It was time for this lil’ guys second Little Things Plan session and we added just a couple siblings, family and a few of older sis too before we jumped into his individuals. Dad even brought his uniform to grab a couple memories (although he forgot his wings and other medals - much to mom’s dismay … sorry dad.. had to do it… LOL!) It was great working with you guys again… we’ll see you soon! Enjoy!

Oh how fun it is to have little girls come in and play dress up in my tutus and hats. Just love it! Ok.. so sometimes THEY don’t love it and the tutu gets pulled on and the hats go flying. But between me and mom (and sometimes dad) we can catch that moment before the hat gets pulled off and the tutu gets yanked! SO much fun!
This adorable little girl came to visit me this week and we had a blast. Playing with the tutus, playing on the floor, in the chairs (pushing the chairs around the studio), playing with mom and dad and of course playing with “mr. fishy”! Had a great time with her and her parents - such an adorable little family (of which I’m holding the family shot a secret and special just for mom and dad!!) Enjoy this peek!
and this one too… I’m not sure if she was laughing or getting upset (and she wasnt sure either)but it was pretty cute and funny so I have to share it!

Happy Birthday!!!!!
This little guy is just shy of his first birthday but we brought him in a little early so we could make birthday invitations out of his first portrait session! And we had a great time and totally wore this guy out! But of course we bring out the fish bowl (no - there is not a real fish actually in the bowl - we put Mr. Fishy in there later) and cake and he was good to go for a bit longer!
